We offer the first 15 minutes remote support call completely free. There after its £1 per minute although we always offer a discount over 40 minutes
Free Apple Mac checks
We offer free health checks to ensure that your Mac is running at its best. Don’t spend extra on anti-virus software because Apple Macs do not need it. if you don’t belive us just ask Apple.
On-Site Support
Where required, we can carry out repairs and upgrades from the convenience of your home or workplace.

We offer on-site repairs and upgrades across all Apple Mac computers and devices.
Minimum cost
We keep charges to a minimum. Call outs are priced at £50, after which services are billed at £60 per hour in increments of ½ hours and a minimum fee of £75.
We outline estimated times and pricing prior to arrival so that you aren’t hit with any unexpected additional costs.
90 day warranty
All of our repairs and upgrades come with an All Things Mac 90 day warranty. Established in 2004, we are dedicated to long-term customer service.
While You Wait Support
Easily accessible
Bring your Apple kit to our office for a repair or upgrade – Based in Wallington a short walk from Wallington British Rail station and just a 20 minute drive from the M25.

Simple pricing
Prices are often agreed prior to any visits. Our minimum charge is £30 for software issues, after which services are charged at £60 per hour in increments of ½ hours.
Flexible hours
We operate an appointment system – Open Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 1pm. If you require service outside of these hours then get in touch to see how we can help. No extra fee is charged for out of hours appointments.
